    Monday's Lingfield selections gave a 10/1 winning pick of the day Lantiern and The Boss's Dream 4/1 who was advised at 8/1 plus placed each way selection Bally River Boy 11/2 who was advised at 11/1.

    Tuesday's Taunton selections gave Goodnitesweetheart 7/2 who was advised at 5/1 plus placed each way selections Inminna 13/2 who was advised at 7/1 and Bodekin Point 6/1 who was advised at 5/1.

    Wednesday's Ludlow selections gave FIVE winners Redzor 4/1 who was advised at 6/1, Flashing Glance 7/4 who was advised at 3/1, the pick of the day Kingofthecotswolds 15/8 who was advised at 9/2, Monsieyr D'Argue 1/4 and Azzertu 1/10.

    The result of the February racing competition is on the site now along with the updated standings in the Order of Merit. I did not take the prize for winning so the prizes go to those who finished 2nd to 4th.

    The dates of the March racing competition are on the site now and it covers the 4 days of the Cheltenham Festival.

    The next round of the Classic/Wales Racing Club Super 6 League is on Saturday at 3.00pm.

    Classic Club members were given two horses in the Betfair Hurdle Al Dancer at 11/4 who won at 5/2 and Magic Dancer each way at 25/1 and he finished 2nd at 20/1 with the forecast paying £59.27.

    Saturday's Ascot selections gave Brio Conti 25/1 and Clan Des Obeaux 2/5 plus three seconds and the Haydock selections gave Lisnagar Oscar 6/1 who were advised at 7/1. Road To Rome 4/6 who was advised at 6/4 and Quel Destin 4/6.

    A winning Classic Club charity bet as Norwich City win 4-0 at Bolton Wanderers so another donation for Angela and the Stroke Association. A good day for those following the Wales Racing Club selections as well and doubling them up at Luton Town win 2-1 at Fleetwood Town.

    In the Classic/Wales Racing Club Super 6 Cup semi finals, Andrew edged out Don 9-8 and I was beaten 16-9 by Paul. The final takes place on Saturday at 3pm.

  • Weekend update

    Saturday's Irish racing took place at Naas and my selections gave four winners Advantage Point 5/1, Barnes Des Mottes 4/1, Pravalaguna 8/13 and City Island 1/5.

    A winning Classic Club Double Chance 6-timer which paid just over 2/1.

    The draw for the Classic/Wales Racing Club Super 6 Cup is below and they will take place on Wednesday at 7.45.

    It sees 2nd in the league Don take on 3rd placed Andrew with other semi final involving myself who lies 19th and Paul who is 18th.
